Our commitment to you
NEXIT Growth Partners exists to help business owners understand the true value of what they've built. Doing that well means asking for real information: your numbers, your plans, and sometimes details about your business you don't share widely. We take that trust seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who ever sees it. The short version: we never sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.
Information we collect
Depending on which assessment or tool you use, we may collect:
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
- Information you enter into a scorecard or assessment, including your answers, self-reported estimates, and any financial or operational details you choose to share.
- Documents or data you upload if you engage us for a deeper assessment, such as financial statements or valuation inputs.
- Basic technical information about how you use our website, such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically the way most websites do.
How we use your information
We use what you share with us for one purpose: to generate the assessment, valuation, or report you asked for, and to follow up with you about it. That includes:
- Scoring your scorecard or assessment and preparing your results.
- Generating valuation reports, readiness scores, and related analysis.
- Following up with you about your results, and, if you've asked us to, connecting you with a referring advisor.
- Improving our assessments over time using de-identified, aggregated data that isn't tied back to you individually.
Who we share it with
To generate your reports, we work with a small number of specialized software platforms that power the assessments themselves, most notably Value Builder System and BizEquity for valuation and readiness scoring, HubSpot for scheduling and client communication, and ScoreApp for the scorecard itself. These providers process your information solely to produce your results and support our work together. They don't use it for their own marketing, and they don't have any relationship with you independent of the service they provide to us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal, financial, or business information to any third party. We also don't share it with anyone outside the providers listed above, except where required by law or with your explicit permission, such as when you ask us to introduce you to a referring advisor.
International data transfers
Some of the software platforms we use to generate your reports, including ScoreApp, are based outside the United States. When your information is processed by one of these providers, it may be transferred to and stored in another country. Wherever that happens, the same protections described in this policy apply, and we only work with providers who maintain appropriate safeguards for handling personal data.
How we protect your information
We limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it to do the work you've asked for. Our software providers are established platforms used broadly across the exit-planning and financial-advisory industry, and each maintains its own security safeguards for data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely without risk, but we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions to protect what you share with us.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as it's useful to you, such as for a complimentary retake of an assessment or ongoing advisory work, and as needed to meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're required to keep.
Your choices
You're always welcome to ask us what information we have on file, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of future communications from us at any time. To do any of this, just reach out using the contact information below.
Cookies and website analytics
Like most websites, ours uses basic cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it over time. These tools don't collect the personal or financial details you provide in an assessment. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and professional advisors. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our tools and partnerships evolve. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
